What we do

We minister physical, emotional and spiritual healing to the complete person (spirit, soul and body) by leading people into the loving presence of God.

We are ordinary Christians trained in healing ministry. We do not try to teach or change anybody’s doctrine, or enlist them in any church movement. We simply pray for the sick.

There is no charge and appointments can be made by calling 9997 2386 during office hours.

What will happen

You will spend a little time in a comfortable waiting area, fill in a form outlining the nature of the healing you are seeking. When it is time, a prayer team member will guide you to a private room where a team of 2-3 people will pray for you.

You may return to the waiting area to continue praying and reflecting before heading home.

Why offer a healing ministry

Because Jesus healed: Great crowds came to him, bringing the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute and many others, and laid them at his feet; and he healed them. (Matthew 15:30)

Jesus’ followers healed: When Peter saw this, he said to them: ‘Men of Israel, why does this surprise you? Why do you stare at us as if by our own power or godliness we had made this man walk?’ (Acts 3:12)

The Bible encourages people to seek prayer for healing: Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. (James 5:14)

People are healed today: Most of the prayer team at PHC are ordinary people who have experienced some miraculous healing from God. While we know that not everyone is healed we also know that everyone entering the presence of God will almost always receive something wonderful.
