The team’s initiatives are anchored firmly in the Engage, Grow, Go strategy which seeks to affirm discipleship and encourage personal, worshipful growth in Christ. Elected by church members to execute decision-making on their behalf, the members of the Senior Leadership Team rely on the prayerful support and cooperation of each member of the church.
